wiring dash reverse light

I am building a 1973 RR and need to know where to route the wire for the reverse dash light.I think the wire goes through the firewall at the dimple under the gas pedal and plugs into the plug on the saftey switch harness.Is this correct?   Also where does the speedometer cable go through?    Where does the little wire for the clutch pedal switch go shrough at? Any help or pictures would be great Steve rusty70cuda@yahoo.com

I think reverse light on dash light w black w white stripe wire goes to a bulkhead terminal then comes out of the wiper wiring harness underhood.The speedometer cable has a grommet and goes thru the firewall

NSS ( and reverse ) harness different from earliers, is a separated one on 3rd gens. On 73 its a 4 cavities plug to the bulkhead and 3 of them are tranny related. The empty cavity uses to be the blower wire ( green )

on manual cars the clutch wire goes through the firewall with a grommet, but still the reverse wires are located the same on bulkhead. I THINK one of the cavities related to reverse/NSS plug is still used on manual cars to send the "neutral" signal back to the car to drive the seatbelts stuff, being this brown traced wire spliced into engine bay.
