if your looking for a new 6.1 good luck they are out of production now that the 6.4 is the new SRT power plant. There may be some in the pipeline for warranty work but I would think very few.  :Twocents:

try shophemi.com bouchillonperformance.com ebay indy google http://www.google.com/search?rlz=1C1AVSX_enUS382US382&aq=f&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=6.1+crate+hemi

I would look at the pick a part for a low mileage roll over maybe???

Part 2
http://www.ttiexhaust.com/ headers and motor mounts for your k frame
http://www.hotwireauto.com/?page=pricelist for a stock computer no tuning and cheapest rout IMO the harness is $900 about $300 to $800 for an ecm depending on options
the FAST XFI System is self tuning now and will allow changes to the motor however its about $3000 to 43500 for harness and ecu.
you will need  an in tank pump or an In-line electric fuel pump - Welbro 155 puts out 65psi. Can be combined with Corvette filter listed below if return line is needed.
Corvette 99 and up Fuel Filter & Regulator - p/n: 1029-9146 (circulates fuel at the regulator, converts dual fuel lines to a single fuel line for the Hemi engine)

a cable operated throttle body about $500.00 or a 2005/2006 LX Gas Pedal - p/n: 4726004AB for the throttle by wire from the original motor

I used a charlies oil pan http://charliespans.com/oil_pan_gallery.html on my car milodon now makes one also http://chucker54.stores.yahoo.net/5761chheoilp.html

Any small block Chrysler trans will bolt up to the gen 3 hemi's(mopar has a special flex plate for the autos P5153753) Overdrives are available but most require some trans tunnel mods from small to a total redo.

this should get you started if your not scared off yet I can share  more info if your still interested.

here is my 6.1 Challenger :)  http://www.moparmusclemagazine.com/featuredvehicles/e_body/mopp_1108_1970_dodge_challenger_lucky_dog/index.html

Patronus

Mancini Racing would be my suggestion although I have yet to deal with them on a motor.
