I would think the ''pickers'' would refer to banjo/mandolin than anything else, but yeah he didnt own it for long, maybe needed the dough or just decided against hotrodding it, you'd never know

Great looking car in unmolested condition anyway

If I bought this car I could guarantee I WONT get a house....yet somehow I'm interested. (Grace needs a friend!)

GOTWING

yeah, if i had it i would put a brand new full TTI exhuast system on it with flowmasters and factory stainless tips out the back, and brand new Cragar SS mags with a nice set of raised white letter tires and that's it. :drool5: I would just leave the two barrel on it etc. ( what's the point in changing it) and i would drive and enjoy it, not save it for the next guy that will do the same thing and so on.. :D

"Hi, I'm a guy who buys and flips cars, and figured I could start a thread on here asking for wheel suggestions to seem like I was going to keep this one, but of course I really just wanted to get buzz going about this car, then when I sell it someone from this forum might be interested.  Noone seemed to notice my post that said "I've been through about 10 Chargers" so shame on them."

Sorry, was that out loud?

I seen it never met the reserve on Ebay. Anyone know what the purchase price was on this car? Or know what the selling reserve was? I have nothing against flippers. I say if you can make money off of something & you are not that attached it then do it. I am a Michigander also & have never see this car around but would love to own it. I love the plain look of it. Where is it today? Dodgechargerneeded, do you still own it or did you sell it?

Ah, but do you think this thread was started as a clever ad that wouldn't get buried in the for sale section or do you think he originally meant to keep it?

Could of been. Some clever ways of selling things out ther now days. So many nice Chargers out there but not enough money to buy all of the ones I like.

Profit's not a dirty word....but.  In many case "Flippers" put a wedge into the hearts of regular people trying to buy the same car for a reasonable price.  :Twocents: :Twocents:

:scratchchin: :scratchchin:

The guy should've said something like this:

"I bought this car at a great price and I'm trying to sell it in the near future".

"I think some cool new wheels could attract more buyers (what do you guys think)"?

"Is it worth more money with or without new wheels"?

"Please send PM if you are interested in buying". Thanks, name....(aka FLIPPER)
