factory paint stripe along roof edge on both sides

hi, this is my first post here.  i have a 66 charger that i am modifing and was wondering how many of you put the factory paint stripe that is located just under the roof line on both sides that runs from the windsheild area to the rear glass.  been looking at hundreds of 66/67 chargers and dont seen to see it but all the factory brochures and road test models show the stripe.  seems to be black stripe for lite color paint and white for dark color paint. Any body notice these and how has them on there car.
