trying to find this steering wheel

Hey guys trying to find this steering wheel either OEM. Or repoduction that looks like it. I bid on one in ebay then it shot to 400.00 plus trying to spend 200.00 on one. See them on ebay for 800.00 is that the going price I sure hope not. The steering wheel will going on a 1969 Dodge Charger thanks.

There is a reproduction but it isn't a nice one.  They did all of the brushed spokes in a shiny smooth finish instead of making them the correct way.  If you want a real nice one that is correct you are likely going to have to buck up.

Mike the woodgrain wheel is now being reproduced.   Close to the original but not exact.  You have to buy all the horn parts separately as well...

I got my wheel from Mike Tarkington  http://www.steeringwheelsbymike.com/.  He restores original woodgrain wheels, and sells modified repros that look a lot closer to the originals by redoing the woodgrain and brushing the chrome spokes.  I got a modified repro wheel (pics in the link below).

Unfortunately, for $200 you're looking at a used original that will need work or resto, and for a restored one, or a modified repro you're looking $700-$800.
