Brand new floor didn't fit exact and has some quarter inch sized gaps between the cross frame rail piece. Im not sure seem sealer is enough to fill these.

the trans hump is more or less the same as the factory !

have you finished the welding ??  looks like the floor pan needs  fitting closer to the frame rail ,  when your welding floors etc etc in if you cant get clamps & stuff in there or got big enough ones   , put a few self tapping screws in to pull the two parts together & or  press down near where you plug welding  with a hammer shaft or appropriate size screwdriver or something !  sometimes  you need  massarge these parts into place  ie  put a block of wood on the floorpan  above the frame rail & give a smack with a hammer & or trim here & there to make the pan sit lower !  hard to discribe from being behind a key board , need to look whole thing , easier  in real life  to see what it needs

** Ignore ** what i have said above if you have finished welding  ,  cant really do much now ,  could use a panel hammer to close the gap as best you can from the underside  & then pump sealer in there & finish with a brush  :scratchchin: would clean all that factory undercoat off first it it were me   :Twocents:

hemi-hampton

I screw it down tight to the framerail &/or croossmember with many screws. Then weld the plug welds holes, then remove screws & weld screw holes. Fits tight this way. Did you screw it down tight?? Or did you forget this step? :scratchchin:  LEON.
