That's great!  Still, the bank was able to buy its way out of the problem.  Most home owners aren't that fortunate.

Yes but where did the money really come from that the bank gave them?   Their customers!    I think this is the way things should be more often.  If anyone has a judgment against a bank, they need to get a writ and go with deputies and seize property.   IMMEDIATELY!    :2thumbs:
