quick grill question

hey guys,already looked on the grill database but could not find an answer,just wondered how these bolts and washers are attached to the frame to secure the grill?? ive got a plastic spacer with metal insert,a thick plastic washer a thin plastic shim type washer and a sponge thingy,would one of you kind people tell me what order they go in?? :shruggy:
I don't care what is is designed to do,I want to know what it can do.

check out pictures  , plastic washer with metal sleeve goes through the grill frame  plactic washer 2 clips on the other side !  bolt number three  goes through washer one & threads into the grill !
the other two parts i have not numbered were not on my grill  & don't think they charger  :scratchchin:

takes time them grills  :icon_smile_blackeye:  , spent a good day well felt like it  ! masking with  blue fine  line  & then only ten minutes painting each color :yesnod:

yep,took alot of info off the grill database,worst part was fixing all the broken bits :flame:,took ages to clean up painted completly silver,masked up :eek2: then shot the black,got a bit of bleed under onto the silver but ive had enough of this job and does look fantastic :2thumbs:

bleed through yeah thats what i was worried about  , so just dusted it on ,had a little bit on the  headlight surrounds but touched it in with a brush as it was silver on black    , as by the time i finished like you was sick of the site of the damn grill
yes disassembling  & cleaning &  repairing  priming them masking painting  , think was a week all tolled adding the hours up  , prolly took longer than a normal 69 grill because i fitted the 68 head light surrounds  also

yep i got some of the '68 headlamp surrounds but they look saggy and melted at the bottom,prolly due to hot headlamps??so ill just leave em off for now :2thumbs:
