Front bumperett instal

Does anyone have pics or detail of installing the front bumperetts on a 69 Charger, have the valance in and ready to put the brace for the bumperetts in and would like to see some pics.

only have one  picture of mine ,  in that area on the computer  , this any help

That helps a little, is the brace that the bumperetts bolt to lay in the valance loose or is it bolted to the valance? I have holes on each end of the brace but not sure how its positioned in the valance, what side is up or down?

bolted to the bumper brackets don't even touch the valance
the dished side  faces up

*** EDIT**** just found this picture on ebay ,  this is what i'm trying to explain
