Which Program to Change Colors in Photo?

I may change the color on my house & was wondering if there is a decent program I can get that will allow me to use a photograph of my house & see what it looks like in a few different colors. I know you guys are always changing car colors, but I don't know which program that is. I'd like to be able to change the roof shingle color, the siding color, & also the trim color for gutters, fascia & around doors & windows.

Does anyone have, or know of a good program to get?

or you could post pictures here and maybe some that have PS might be able to help you out.
GIMP is free and might do what you want though as Khyron posted.

seen gimp, I'll keep my PS even if I had to pay a yearly renewal
