When my Charger arrived in the UK four years ago, I'd never seen one up close, never mind worked on one, so I'm always finding things fitted incorrectly or just plain missing. I want to thank Troy and you guys here at DC.com for setting me straight on how these amazing cars fit together.

One such part was the rod between the hood release lever and the catch. I had an old piece of coat hanger - it worked ok but looked like poop.

Not being able to find a photo of the actual part had me scratching my head, and not having another car to compare it to sucks, so I devised my own method of linking them.



It's a Weber carburetor linkage, fully adjustable and works like a dream. What do you think? Is it a worthy 'upgrade' on a coat hanger?  :slap:
