My dad has a 2007 charger 6 cylinder. The car had a blown head gasket, he had the heads resurfaced and put it back together. Car runs fine, no water in oil, but water keeps boiling over the overflow tank. The water pump and thermostat were also replaced. My dad did not have the heads pressure tested for cracks due to the extra charge. I told him to make sure he is purging all the air out of the system. I dont live in the same town to help him out. Is there a Chance for the heads being cracked with no water getting into oil? I dont think he is puging system right. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Um, First off, "Extra charge" and he didn't do it? Sounds like the original problem that caused the blown head gaskets is STILL THERE..That V6 is a Piece of Sh*t...Sell the damn thing..If you wait till the cooling system looks like someone took a sh*t in it, you've destroyed the car...Time for the crusher it will NEVER be right again....All the flushing in the world won't get that crap out of there.

cant work out why  having head refaced (skimed)  the machine shop did not  check for cracks at the same time   :scratchchin:   , can have a crack in the head with out oil getting into the water , same as you can have a blown head gasket & exhaust gasses going into the coolent only   , did you replace both head gaskets ,  !! or just one ? replaced the wrong  one ?  :scratchchin: :shruggy:
if you have not bled the air out of the system , & its boiled up prolly done damage again
does it boil up straight away ?? soon as you start the motor ??
