I won't be wronged, I wont be Insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to others, and I require the same from them.

M1 Garand......  my favorite rifle.....  I will own one, someday.....  Lucky bastard....
Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups.  Especially if they have access to the internet.

Chargerguy74

Not a bad rifle. It's no Lee Enfield though ;D (I collect military rifles, and find that the Enfield vs. the Garand debate will never end....fun though)

WANTED: NOS or excellent condition 72-74 4 speed shifter boot for bench or centre armrest car, part number 3467755. It's a rubber boot that looks like it's sewn up leather.

WANTED: My original 440 blocks. Serial # 2A188182 and 3A100002

Lee Enfield?  Aren't those the ones that used to have the bolts come out during firing and break GI's faces open?

Chargerguy74

No, that's the Ross rifle. The Lee Enfield was named the most durable rifle ever built, and also the fastest bolt action rifle ever built. Way back in the early to mid 1900s a british marksman went head to head with the best US marksman (enfield vs. garand) and the Enfield out performed it. The Lee Enfield set the record for speed back in 1914, 38 rounds in 60 seconds, all hit a 12 inch target at 300 yards The Canadian army still uses them up North where any repeater would jam up in the cold. The garand is still an awsome rifle.

Hope this didn't highjack the thread too bad.

I don't think Canada uses them anymore.  They have been pretty much exclusively  FNC1A1 for a long time I believe.

Chargerguy74

No, the Canadian Rangers do still use them. They are also in wide use in wars between 3rd world countries right now, and very big for sporting in Austrailia and Canada. The US has loads of them they bought way back when.

???  So I've got some really good pics, but I can't post them because the site says they're too big.  :icon_smile_angry:

How does one post pics on here if all of them are larger than 200 KB?

I'm not computer savy, so if you could go STEP-BY-STEP, that would be greatly appreciated!!!  :icon_smile_wink:

just one more picture of me and my son.

Shakey

Cute child 69 500!  Nice car too!

I will also opt for the baby seat option for mine, when it hits the road in the Spring.

69_500

the kid far outshines the car. The car needs a lot of work, but my son well he gets his looks from his mom, not from his dad.
