I found a set of  heads with a casting number of 3418915, 2.02" intake & 1.60" exhaust.

Now I can pick these up for about $200 plus the cost of shipping. Are these worth picking up?

Now watch what you say or they'll be calling you a radical,
      a liberal, oh fanatical, criminal.
Won't you sign up your name, we'd like to feel you're
acceptable, respectable, oh presentable, a vegetable!

According to that and the intake size it looks like 340 T/A heads?

So are they worth picking up to slap on my 318?

Those are some great heads to have but I've heard that 2.02 valves on a non punched out 318 bore can cause some clearance issues.  I'd check up on that before bolting on.

          '72 Charger SE 4bbl 318                          '76 Power Wagon 400 W200                                 2011 (attempt at a) Charger

Yes it reduces the compression. The engine should be bored out to at least 0.30 before using the heads.
