Thanks for the idea
I used large plastic push thru buttons to mount it for easy break away when the owner hits his first curb

Very nice, I'm doing the same on my '68.

Do you have any photos of the fasteners you used?

Looks great!  Can't wait to get my valance straightened and the spoiler on.  I was very skeptical of all the push pins on the new Challenger, but once I had the plastic off the bottom the first time I didn't mind them that much...very quick on/off with the right tool.

What model of Camaro was the spoiler from? 67-69?

Yes, although if I remember right there might be some difference between the years, but the generic $30 69 camaro spoiler is what guys are running.  If you go to the Paint/Body/Trim section there are a few threads close to the top.  Randy makes a longer steel one, just depends what you like best.

Do you have a pic from the side? I'd like to see if it looks as good from that angle as it does from the front.
I may be schizophrenic but at least I have us!

We put that '69 Camaro spoiler on what is now Mr. Angry's car in '03 and on our current build on '06.  I credit my body guy for coming up with the idea.  Simply riveted mine to the valance.......granted I do not mind putting holes these things like some guys!

That looks great! Like the blacked out bumper and hood, do you have any more pictures of the car?

Ahem, pics please   If I say it now and you get them up fast, I'll save others from posting the comment!

I keep getting sidetracked from ordering mine and getting the valance off...maybe this weekend I can get going...

The car was originally a 318 auto...   then went in a MP crate 360 (300hp)...    then went a 383 and the 5-speed...      then a 440 and the 5 speed...     then a built a 512ci stroker (was putting a MS EFI system on that) and the 5 speed...      now the 6.1L which should fire up tomorrow...      with the 5-speed...            In the end I have a T-56 I am rebuilding and hoping down the road after everything is running good for a while - adding a supercharger...        So I will end up with a supercharged 6.1L with a 6 speed...

but yes...     I was on the old forum as well...
