What's the highest "known" selling price for Hemi Daytona

The writer for the Motor Trend article the Daytona's going to be in posed  a question to me and I'm not quite sure, I know it's high.... What is the highest known price paid for a '69 Hemi Charger Daytona?

I am sure the highest price for a street car took place in a private sale.   But I don't know the number.   I don't think it got to the million dollar mark.  Something close to 800k would not surprise me, but that is just speculation on my part.   

The highest recorded price for ANY Daytona I know would be the Cotton Owens #6 race car at just over 800k in 2006.    That car then was resold for 224k at auction in the fall of 2009.

One thing's for sure; what they were selling for in 2006-2008 (at the peak) & what they are selling for now are two different prices.

Has anyone heard of any Daytonas selling lately?
