I've done some checking here, but most of the threads are very old, so I wanted to ask if anyones recently bought a full motor from Indy?
Im thinking: http://www.indyheads.com/oldschool.html
Seems like an ok price. I would like to do the same build and get the 5.7 heads and all but am not too confident on doing it all myself. What do you guys think?

I havent bought any of their new stuff - had issues with their 426 based Gen II hemi's though...        not high on my list of reliable builders - but that's me...

the price isnt bad for what it is...    the short block is $3000 from multiple sources - so that leaves $4000 for everything else...    not a bad price in all honesty.

The engine will need the front runner, accessories, oil filter adapter, motor mounts, headers, carbs, air cleaner...    you're looking at another $2000 - $2500 in parts to actually get it in your car...      just keep that in mind.  :2thumbs:
