I got home from work at 3pm; And just now; 8:54pm, I tried to start my car.  The lights are on, the ding goes off, windows won't work, car won't say anything, radio won't come on, won't take a jump...I'm at a loss.

I can't miss any more days at work, please someone, tell me what is going on!  I am thinking the car is in anti lock mode or, i just moved into a house with an attached garage, and when I pull in, the car is hot, and it gets locked into the garage.  Could it be overheated???

Wiggle your wires at the engine harness where it plugs into the firewall. Mine has done that a few times. Not sure of the cause but once I start checking all my wires at try starting it again it fires up.

My battery is in the trunk, and I noticed when I opened the trunk, where I had a couple of boxes stacked on it since I just moved, I heard some snapping, like wires poppling/sizzling. 

My charger is a 2008 6cyl SE, Blk

Then the battery connections are not good enough.  See if you can wiggle them firm and tight and then try to start it again.
re reading what you posted at first I have no idea why some things work and some not?  Sorry.  ( fuse? )
You have no location posted so we dont know where you live, maybe someone is close by?
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

www.lxforums.com will get you better results.  We are old farts with old Chargers, we will help if we can but we dont know the new Chargers all that well.  Good luck grasshopper!   :2thumbs:

What's with the attitude?....a few here attempted to give you some suggestions with what little info you provided. You come back with that comment. Have it towed to a shop, you obviously lack any mechanical or automotive skills.
