Nosecone dents

Regular wingcar drivers, do the nosecones suffer a LOT of dents and dings or do you have pretty good luck knowing where the forward boundary is?

the King  ,  put a antenna mast  on the front corner of the nose !!  on his 43 race car first time out ! for that very reason i believe to get the distance

what do you need to know that for......if you think you may be close, youre close enough!

I can tell you it dosen stick out as far as you think when your wheeling around.

It's really no different than any other collector car.   You know how much space you need to allow.

I believe in today's age, most driver's heed more caution then when these puppies were daily drivers. Almost all nose-cars have had dings and dents fixed over the life of the car, some more than others obviously....

How about for you folks that leave your car in the parking lot extended period of times whether its an overnight hotel, restaurant, or a day out?  Clones or otherwise.  Seems like it would stand a better chance with the tail end backed in first to keep somebody else from backing into the nose while they parked.  Yeah I know many would never leave theirs parked or unattended in a parking lot but for those do happen to go out a lot and can't find that isolated place to park which end do you put in first?  Either way it would appear hard to judge inside another vehicle.

Alternatively, if you're going shopping at a big place like Walmart, you park WAY out and take at least four spots.  That way if anyone hits you, it's legal to kill them.

 I have driven my superbirds for many years and I tend to bend up the front spoiler but have never dented the nose? If you don't angle in just right on driveways inclines etc. !@#$%^&*(! OUCH!!

I finally took my spoiler off i was beating up the bottom of the nose

I use a protective force field, just to be safe.
