They look like a racing harness type belt Veronika
Gotta love a '69

I just order a set of these for my '68 because I didn't like the look of the shoulder belt coming from the traditional anchor on the ceiling.     :rotz:

They're 4-point belts and can be ordered from most seat belt retailers.  Here's one from seat belt planet:  https://www.seatbeltplanet.com/seatbelts-and-accessories/4-point-harnesses/m.products/60/view/45

One drawback if you're into original:  you'll have to drill a new anchor hole or two in the floor behind the seats to install them (they use the two traditional anchors on the floor and one or two others depending on if you get the "Y" style design belt or not).  The improvement in the look and safety was a no-brainer for me...   :2thumbs:
