I'm more of a hard liquor fan with Jack being my favorite.   If I do have a beer it's gotta be Coors.   Not Coors Light but the regular stuff.

While we're on the liquor subject does anyone have a good recipe for homemade Chokecherry wine?   They're almost ready to pick and I'd like to try it.   A good recipe (tried and tested) for corn whiskey would be nice if someone had one too.   If the wine doesn't come out good I can always make straight liquor out of that but corn whiskey is kind of a one and done deal.
When I was just a very young lad I looked up and told my dad, a bareback rider's what I wanna be.  I want the whole world to know about me.  In the rodeo arena I'll make my stand.  I wanna be a rodeo man.  I'll come flyin' from the chute with my spurs up high, chaps and boots reachin' for the sky.  Spurin' wild with my head throwed back, you'll ask 'Who's that,' well that's Bareback Jack.  You'll ask 'Who's that,' well that's Bareback Jack.

I like fresh beer mostly and buy from the local brew pub only.  I usually drink pale ale or a IPA.  I also am fond of Sam adams Winter brew!  Very tasty!!

Rum is good.  I LOVE whiskey. ;D  Must be the Irish blood in me.  Can't stand vodka, though.  Tequila isn't too bad...

Bass Ale, but they just increased the 12 packs from $10.49 to over $14+ which is quite a jump. Most of the micro brews are okay & I forget what a lot of the names are. Don't like light beer or Bud, but once in a while I like Miller High Life is good, but it has to be really, really, cooooold.

tastes nasty
don't want a beer gut
BIG waste of money

waste of brain cells
waste of liver
not to mention the fun of hangovers, puking, having no control over your inhibitions and not remembering what you were doing when drunk

But that's just me.

My main favorite beer is Bud...especially lately, because they have 24 packs on sale for 14.99 :icon_smile_big:
I like most beers except lite beer & Coors.

As far as hard stuff, I like burbon, some vodka & tequila.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Commercial beer, probably the Sam Adams seasonals. Definitely lean toward the richer microbrews. Can't argue with the various recipe home brews I have tried though!

It's Possum Boy, hehe, forgot about him.

Don't drink anymore, but I was a beer snob, only microbrew stuff,   German beers like Haufbrauw or Spaten Optimator or this one from French Canada, La something Monde, 9% stuff, but on a hot summer day and thirsty, I would have drank a Schmidt Ice or something, depends on the supply and the dough.  Microbrew type beer has to be fresh, if the store has not kept it cold the entire time, it will go bad and taste crummy, huge difference, because it is not pasturized, spoils basically.

With a dark beer like a Deschutes Black Butte Porter,  a couple shots of Crown Royal.  Crown Royal is the best buzz around, makes you feel so up.  ya, try it.

Why would you want anything else?  Just give me a Charger and I'll be happy.

How's your wife and my kids?

ck1

when I use to drink, and I don't anymore, for tastes, i would go for SOUTHPACIFIC, and when i wanted to get a good buzz i would drink my home made stuff, that i would make with honey and strain a 5 once bag of shake in a nilyon through the batch and called it GREEN BEE'S :icon_smile_approve: i got the alcohol content close to 16%, they didn't make a gage for the THC content though and I don't do that anymore either although it seemed fun at the time in my younger years....

I like anything that's not crap. :P

Seriously though, I'm into Bocks and Amber Ales; I had one in San Francisco called "Dragon's Milk" at a local brewpub that was really good.  But after a few or when I'm poor I'll just switch to Bud.  It's cheap and easy.

By the way, French beer sucks...
