I was at a party the other day and was talking to a friend who owns lots of custom Winfield and Barris cars when a guy chimed in and said that he was contracted by Richard Petty to build 30 new Superbirds. That is one of them. It is supposed to be limited run threw Petty Enterpizes.

Designed and built by HPP-Heide Performance for use on the new '08-present Challenger
They are marketing and perhaps building them now through the Petty Shop
(Some people like the look, and others.....well lets just say they prefer the original and leave it at that.....)
