will a 727 from a 1976 440 motorhome work in a 69 charger 440
Thanks

A383Wing

it should....tail shaft mount may be different....I think the motorhome & truck tans had a hanging mount from the top instead of a cross member style like the Charger

so would I have to change the tail piece or just use charger mount?

also is there any gear ratio difference or stall speed for truck?  THANKS

:yesnod: you have to change the tail
I won't be wronged, I wont be Insulted and I wont be laid a hand on. I don't do these things to others, and I require the same from them.

We are missing the rest of the equation to answer your question. Stall speed required of the trans depends on your engine and cam and what axle gear you plan to run.
1969 Charger 500 #232008
1972 Charger, Grand Sport #41
1973 Charger "T/A"
