Assume 2 percent solution and need .12 percent -- how much water per oz?

It has been a while since my water quality classes, but all you need to do is divide your solution by what you want. 2% divided by 0.12% = 16.67. So one fluid ounce of the 2% solution added to 16.67 fluid ounces of water will yield your 0.12 % solution.
