Need help of info of how to get 73 front valance off and wiper problem.

Ok well I need someone to tell me what all exactly keeps the front valance in place other then the bolts that connect it to the fenders because it doesnt seem to want to budge. And my wiper bars came unconnected from the motor and the washers or pins are gone so I need to no what I need from the junkyard to get. Because i know the drivers wiper has one little bar that connects to something in the middle but don't know what exactly and the passenger connects directly to the motor but what holds these pieces together attached? Thanks if anybody can help an confused kid

there is still some doubts about 3 speeds, but I think is the same, if not, then won't hide. check all links posted to give you an idea about all the "mistery"

About valances:

they have 3 brackets, two at sides to attach to frame rails and one in the middle to attachs on hood latch brace

On the valance dont forget the bolts that hold it to the fender.  Theres a few of them and they are a pain in the  if they are rusted.  Half the time the clips break or the bolt snaps off.
