Charger Fan, It was and end of an era. I had 3 for sale at the same time in front of our house I managed to keep the Challenger and the worst Charger for a winter car. When that died I was down to one. She talked me into the Suburban and before it was paid off we were divorced.She got the Suburban with the payment book I got the Challenger

Sorry to hear that, I bet you'd really like to be able to turn back time & do things a little differently, huh? I've been there too, to some extent. At least you've still got one cool toy to play with, nuthin' wrong with that!

Yep, they're fast. I've ridden a lot of bikes & this one is by far the most fun. It's power comes on in a way no other bike does...it's also hard to run out of throttle too. It's got a stage 7 jet kit & 4 into one Kerker...it sounds like a NASCAR car at full throttle.
Now, getting it to turn is a whole 'nuther matter.

the one I really wish I had kept was the corvette..it was a real 66 1/2 stingray one sidepipes etc etc. I had to sell it because all the nieghbors in my building wrote a letter of complaint about its loudness and so on, start it up the whole building would shake. sold that car for 23 grand i hear they are worth like 5 times as much now.

Wow, I think my list will be short compared to some, but here it is:

1)  1978 Pontiac Phoenix...only owned it for 2 weeks (1992).  Bought it for $200, gave it a tune up, and sold it to the neighbor for $500.
2)  1974 Dart Sport...I consider this my first car.  I bought it June 27, 1992 for a grand.  It had a 318/auto.  I drove it through high school and in 1994 started fixing her up.  I upgraded to a 340 in 2004.  I still have this car and it is my pride and joy.
3)  1980 Plymouth Horizon...this car had well over 200,000 miles on the little 1.7.  It was a beater I drove in the winter.  Paid one aunt $150 for it,  drove it a couple of winters, then sold it to another aunt for $200.
4)  1987 Ford Ranger STX...this was a good little truck with it's 2.9 and 5 spd.  It was only 2 wheel drive though.  I paid $4500 in Aug. 1994 and traded it in on my Dakota in on June 12, 1996
5)  1996 Dodge Dakota Sport 4x4...I opted for the 318 5 spd. regular cab in the Moss Green.  I still have this truck, I love it, but it may soon be gone to make room for an '03-'05 Ram with a Hemi.
6)  1988 Dodge Shadow ES...this little car was great.  It had a turbo and a 4spd.  I paid $800 in 1998, drove it a little over 3 years and sold it to a co-worker for $500.
7)  1967 Dart GT...my grandfather bought this car in 1994.  I got engaged in this car and my grandfather handed it down to me in 2002.  I still have it.
  1988 Dodge Daytona Pacifica...this car was my daily driver for a few years.  It was a turbo/auto car.  I paid $1500 and a few years later the head gasket went and I sold it for $750.
9)  1996 Chrysler Sebring LX...this car was really nice with it's Spanish Olive Green paint and like new interior.  It had a 2.5 V6 that was good on gas. I bought the car from a used car place in town for $3000 in April '06.  Aug. 3, 2007 some guy hit me and totalled it. 
10) 2002 Dodge Stratus R/T...this was the replacement for the Sebring.  I bought it the day after Labor Day in '07.  This car is awesome, I love it. It has the 3.0/auto, two tone leather interior, sunroof, Infinity system, aluminum wheels, etc.  This car is currently my daily driver.
11) 1970 Charger...just got this car this past June.  A friend of a friend had it since 1991.  I first saw it in 1993.  Didn't realize it was the same car until I was half joking to the owner about the car being for sale.  Turns out for me it was, and I got it.  Plans include a rebuilding the 440/4spd., only minor body work need, new paint, tires, wheels etc., and she'll be ready for the road.

Wow, I hadn't realized I had owned this many cars.  Thanks for this post to bring up the memories of some of these rides.
