Heater control wiring

Where or what does the black wire with the single male spade connector inside of a grey plastic housing get plugged into?

Ok, mystery possibly solved.  I think it gets plugged into the dash harness.  I have a black wire with a white tracer near the fuse box that I had labeled as "Reverse Indicator", which I figured would go unused on my A/T car.  But in looking at the wiring diagrams in my FSM I see that the black wire from the heater switch gets connected to another black wire with white tracer that runs to the fuse box, which this wire is (currently labeled as reverse indicator - see below picture).  Do I have a mislabeled wire on my dash harness, and this black wire with white tracer is for my heater switch?

Can anyone confirm?

thats for the heater /blower  !!  black with a white stripe !!   same as on a 69
