Power Wagon kerplunk sound

Turned on the wipers to my 76 w200 and heard a big kerplunk.  The wiper motor was spinning but the arm attachment fell off.  It seems like there was either some rubber or plastic connectors that went in each hole on both sides but they were so old and brittle they crumbled in my hand.  Anyone know what they look like or better yet, where I can find them?

Thanks.

Any parts store should have them. Maybe 5$ for a pack., Snap them in and put it all back together.

Thanks!  The signature photo is pretty flattering.  He needs a lot of work.  Here it is when I first got it.  Have only done some small things so far.  Painted hood, added mirrors and wipers, and some engine tune ups.  It's coming along.  It's pulling a lot harder after fixing the vacuum leak, exhaust leak and throwing in some new plug wires.
