1970 Lower Dash Pad Repair

I have some drilled holes on my lower dash pads, which are plastic.  The holes are no bigger than .25".  What product and method should I use to fill/repair these holes?  I will be painting the pads with SEM Vinyl Black soon and need something that is paint-able.
