i think its for 74 b body....would it be ok for my build?

That's a 20" fan, might not have adequate clearance in a '69 shroud made for 18" fans.

  pretty sure  its a 18 1/2" 7 blade   part number ends with 216  was all max cooling & A/C  cars as far as i know   , also there was another !!  ending with  215 that was 18 inches i believe  but not 100% on this   ,

Yes the correct part # for a '69 BB engine with Max cool is 2883216
