70 charger front end

I have recently got my Charger running again, and I need to go through the front ball joints, etc as it was parked for ten years. I am looking for suggestions on what type to go with. I want to be able to use it as a daily driver, not a show car or "the fastest car on the track".

Any suggestions on Ball joints, tie rods, etc that are good but won't break the bank?

i went to advanced auto and they put a package together with ball joints tie rod ends bushings, everything to rebuild the frontend as long as your control arms are good.and it was 229.00 plus tax for everything.

For simplicity, I've always picked up kits from PST. $219 for rubber, $269 for poly, includes all the joints and bushings to rebuild the front end.

I got most of mine in Moog from www.rockauto.com .

Agree...MOOG  and local parts stores can get them no problem. Be sure to carefully check the parts right away for defects, I got an idler arm that was assembled out of alignment and had parts that looked "wrong" for one reason or another. Watch out with Rockauto, I've bought orders of 5 things only to have all 5 come from different locations with separate shipping charges.

I've never had any trouble with them or their hard parts. One of the few poly kits I've used that don't squeak.
