The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

The car is missing one main ingredient to be a well loaded car, its missing a sunroof.

mopar1

Hello it's me again the owner of the 71 Charger r/t
Would just like to thank everyone for all the welcomes to this amazing site.
Just want to add the car was originally ordered w/t sunroof and power windows,

Geez, impatient customers anyway! :rotz: ;D

6 weeks? That seems like a pretty short wait, compared to some of the other sunroof cars I've heard of. I know the one I had the owner was quite lucky, in that he ordered the car on May 5th, and received the car on June 5th. Car wasn't built until may 20th of 69, and he had it in New Jersey on June 5th. The cars were sent in batches from what I can gather to ASC to put in the sunroofs, and it appears his just happened to fall when a batch was going out and the turn around was pretty quick.

I've really grown to like the white second and third gen cars.  White isn't bad on the first gens either.  Had a white 70 R/T a while back and really liked the color.
