Model Year has nothing to do with Calendar Year (how many 69 chargers were build in 68?)

CAFE, the earlier they introduce next year's models the lower their 2011 CAFE.

Don't forget what they used to say in Ford truck commercials...."95% of the Ford trucks ever built are still on the road".
