Big Willie Robinson Daytona Update

I feel a little bad as I haven't posted in a while (sorry). In the last few months we've had people on vacation, a show in Indianapolis, and also moved the business, and all those items took a bit of time. Anyway I'm back, and have some 1:18 die cast news.

1.) We received news recently that the limited edition 1:18 scale 1969 Dodge Daytona's of "Big Willie" Robinson and his wife have been made, and are on a ship heading this way to be here very soon (end of April 2011). We received some "production" photo's from the manufacturer, and have inserted some in to the 3 listings for these cars. Click on each car in the below link. There is still time to get in on the FREE shipping to the US48 if reserved before they get here this month.

2.) Also the GSTA Rod & Custom Show is April 9th & 10th in the Colliseum building on the MN state fairgounds. About 100 entree's of some of the best cars in Minnesota, plus we will have a booth in the show selling die cast. Maybe attend if you can, as it's really good show.

That's it for now, and I'll try now to visit more often. Now to see if I can find items in the new warehouse...

Thanks for the read!

How about free shipping for us Canadian collectors? ;D
I'm only a jump across the border.

I spoke with a guy on that car I think at the time it was at 175k. I was thinking of a trade plus cash. I spoke with a few people who told me the car belonged to Big Willies cousin or brother but not sure how credible that is. I was told it was a little rough and the interior was real rough but it is what it is. 250,000 is to much in my opinion. Very historic car and a real Daytona

I'm really sorry but we can't. For the Canada shipments it cost us close to triple the shipping, it's more paperwork (customs forms to fill out), and we have to haul them to the next town to drop them off. It is just a lot more time and overall cost. Sorry, but we'd still love to provide these Daytona's to you.

They were on my porch yesterday.  I opened them this morning and I am very pleased they are going to look great in the mopad.  I think I will probably leave them in the boxes.  Thanks Jim! It/s been a long time, I think it was about this time last year when I sent in my preorder :2thumbs:
