Not something you see everyday thats forsure. I would personally nix the wheels and the wierd wing it's got on the back and go back to stock with a new gen hemi  :2thumbs:

Yes I am very partial to the first generation ones myself. They are very nice. Owned quite a few of them and my dad has a turbo 86 t-top laser.

That's cool! I'd love have it. But it's not the first one I've seen converted. My ex-brotherinlaw did one too. I remember him saying something there were kits you could buy to do it. This was in the early 1990's though. I also agree about the First gen's of these cars. I had a '86 T-top Lazer I miss. All black. If you never seen the 1986 movie "Blackmoon Rising" with Tommy Lee Jones, he uses a '86 Daytona with a V8 (well, thats if it wasnt dubbed in like I think,  :lol: ) Good movie though.

They still make the kits although they are quite expensive for the kits ($8000-$10000 I think?). I seen one running a done up 340 at a drag race. Never seen it again after that.
