New roof rail weatherstrip - rear quarter glass

My old roof rail weatherstrip on my 68 Charger was falling apart, so I ordered a weatherstrip kit from Dante's!
Arrived the other day, so I had a little time to install it today.
I need some advice on how the rear quarter glass seats against the new weatherstripping.
On the old gasket, the window wound up and seated into the centre of the weatherstrip, however, on the new one it doesn't want to seat there??
As such, the rear quarter glasses dont wind up correctly.
Has anyone had problems with this? How can I overcome this? Do I have to adjust the window mechanism to suit?
Incidently, the brand I received was "Metro".

Thanks in advance,

Wade

Yeah, I adjusted mine to come up against them, not into them.

Patronus,

That's what I thought I might have to do.
Is it an easy adjustment? Still seal ok?

Thanks
