Hood bumper brackets/clips

Did these brackets/clips come on all 68-69 cars?

 yes   at least for 69 deffo  think one year of the second generation  never had them  , although i could be getting mixed up , ( normaly happens )

My 69 Charger has them and no hood pins.

Do you know if the early 69 cars had them? My car was built in August of 1968

yes  , mine  had a SPD of  november 22nd 1968   all original panels & had them , thinking about this some more  , think 68s never had them ,

other guys on here will know more about this
