The Charger turns 40 this year.  To commorate this milestone, there will be a special display of Chargers at the All Mopar Spring Roundup at Bellevue Community College on May 7th.  We will be awarding a placque to the best Charger in each generation of the show.  These are going to be judged by popular vote.  But, I am going to need more Chargers.  Last year, I had 1 first generation Charger.  Registration for the show is $20.00 if you pre-register, and $25.00 on the day of show.  We have scheduled a Cruise-In at the Issaquah Triple X Drive In for Saturday evening.  This is an informal open gathering, open to any car not just Mopars so you could bring your tow vehicle to this event and leave the Charger at the hotel so you don't have to reclean it before the show.  There are Mopar Drags at Bremerton on Saturday, But it is combined with NPSA qualifying, Junior Dragster Series, and Car Club Challenges so I cannot think you will be getting very many runs for your money (I don't know the cost as it is not on the website).  If you want me to send you a flyer to register for the show, send me your name & address, off list, to allmoparspringroundup@yahoo.com.  I hope to see lots of Chargers this year at the show.

This show is put on by the Seattle, WA. Chapter MU, in case you were wondering about what state
it is being held. Had not heard about the XXX?

I was there at the show at the college the last year before it went to carnation. LOTS of mopars in the parking lot. I even found a few first generation chargers out there to my suprise, superbird, couple '67 GTXs. Might be fun to drive over this year, I just hate paying well over $100 in gas, and then another $20 or $25 just to get in the gate to park.

I would love to be able to reduce the registration fee for the show, but I can't do it.  I spend about $9500 putting on the show every year between buying the raffle prizes, renting the college, advertising, hiring a dj, buying trophies, and all the other stuff.  I think it averages out to be around $40 a car to put on the show.  So, it ends up that the swap meet fees pretty much pick up the bill for the car show.

You will have the Hemi in the Charger by May ?   :o :o  can't wait to see it, oh wait your still in my

Hemi modified, but I think they will let you in with all the Charger's because of the anniversary, it
should be great, you better make it ' THIS YEAR BUD '

What is this "special display of Chargers"? Will all Chargers be parked in the same area or just a select few?

The plan is to have ALL Chargers in one area.

They better keep the 06 Chergers seperated from the Classic Chargers.

Last year the Dia Chrysler guys were there with some of there cars and trucks.

I DO NOT want to see those mixed in with the classics! Give them there own area!!!

I might call it the CLASSIC CHARGER...otherwise you'll really offend the Dodge dealerships who plan on being there, unless you don't care. Diplomacy never hurts.

Sounds correct to me, new cars get put in the correct new car class. Because Charger classes will
be 66-67 then 68-70 then 71-74 as I understand it, for Classic Chargers..........

Come one come all   ;D ;D  as long as you have enough money for gas  :'(

I don't think there will be many folks on this board terribly upset by that :)
