Can a 73 have lower pressed on ball join and threaded upper joint?

My bottom one on the drivers side is pressed on and I cannot tell it is supposed to be that way or someone screwed up and pressed on one.

if 73's are like 72's you'll have to buy entire lower control arm(ball joints integral) uppers are screwed in. Dave
