71 wiper arm

does anyone know where i can get a replacement part for my wipers? the part I'm looking for is the part that connects to the wiper motor itself??

R/T specialties may have what your looking for.  your talking about the plastic pieces right?

there is the medal arm that holds a plastic peice that spins in place. so ya

Do you have a picture?
I don't know what year mopar started using the rubber bushings (2 styles 1 is a cup 1 has a hole through it) but I do know they were using them by the late 70's and used them until at least the mid 90's. Those bushings are still available from mopar The one with a hole part number 5211015 and the cup ones part number 3799089. There is a video on you tube showing an easy way to install them if your 71 does use these.

I cant find the cord for my digital camera to upload the pictures but there are 3 parts:

1. the metal arm that connects to the motor itself/

2. a metal plate that connects to the metal arm (slides on the bar)

3. the plastic bushing.

the only parts i need is the plastic bushing and the metal plate. I cant find a replacement for metal plate. oh yea it has this weird shaped pressure spring not sure where it goes but all i know it need to be there. this project is really pissing me off since i cant use my wipers i cant go anywhere!! for all i know I'm missing more parts. It would be nice to have wipers so i don't get stranded on the side of the road again because my stupid wipers don't work!!!!!!!!
