its from gta 4. you can download just about any car you want on pc. but there is a car that looks as close to a charger as you can get without copyright issues in the retail version. amazing that someone took the time to make that video.

Yea! No joke! The weird thing with GTA though is the car most common you see while driving is the car you are driving! I've noticed this while driving my Dukes(the games Charger/GTO) on the game.
