that kit is the old tj hooker / goon car / dukes sheriff car
i have the box art of the old force 440 that had the front clip of the monaco and the rear half of a dif car i cant rember what it is but i know its a two door . i know over the years amt took all of the police parts and put them in the tj and goon car
amt thought that if they change the box art no one will know any better
you can get the same kit in white as the " dukes sheriff car" or look arond ebay you might be lucky and find a tj hooker car or find the goon car  there are a ton of the dukes sheriff  car arond  along with the old gen lee that amt repop out saying that it was all new tooling  but its the same old kit just new box art they did the same thing with the 1/16 scale kit truth is rond two  aka amt is not doing any thing new with there kits

if your intersted in a monaco kit drop me your email addy and we can strike some kind of deal i have anuff spare parts to build at least a whole kit along with the police parts you may have to strip the body and repaint

it's not particularly rare or anything, so building it is worthwhile. The 440 kit is older than the 4 door goon car (but are actually modified from the same tooling.

also the 1/16 Dukes charger has been re-issued if you want to pick one up, but don't pay too much for one.

the 440 is a two door, the tj/goon car is a four door. the 440 was modified to make the four door monaco. the 440 is fairly sought after if you flipped it on ebay.

thats because
1. they are rare
2. the mold was modified, therefore unlikely to ever be reissued.
