Under the guise of safety, towns and cities across the US are raking in big bucks on photo tickets. While I don't condone running red lights or driving excessively over the speed limit where it is unsafe, these systems are also busting the chops of everyday otherwise safe drivers. In some situations, the systems are actually causing people to drive unsafely - as in slamming the pads to avoid a red-light photo ticket at all cost. (Good thing the day of the Pinto has passed.)

I've been using "Photoblocker" spray, but it does not work from an acute angle. Is anyone using Specterguard or other similar products? It seems like the only products available work only from certain angles. If you are using any of these products (or a combination of), please post your thoughts and perceived or known results.

Photoblocker Spray: Applied to a Honda Civic and Ram Truck. 5 heavy coats. I strongly believe it has stopped red light photos twice. It stopped a rear photo but did not stop 45 degree angle photo for a school zone speed infraction (ticket deserved and paid).

You are the Charger I assume.
Cop car- Haha. Maybe a great example of a non-safety, non-driver fault?
Could not see the light from behind the bus? Or the bus suddenly stopped after making a left?

QuoteSpeed Camera actually.

They forgot to check the effectiveness of tin foil hats. You can't fool the speed cameras, only block your plate from photography. As far as the photo blocking spray goes, they say it does not work, however it does it does work - but only from behind where the reflection shoots directly back to the camera. So it's really not effective (as they concluded).
