Thanks Nacho, crystal clear.  I would have the same net effect then if I moved my piggy back jumper to the left side versus switching the blue*/blue* with the blue/brown, right?

I just wanted to let you know I got this setup and the pump is working, it turns on in the run position, so I hear it running when I turn the key prior to starting the car, but it doesn't run in ACC mode.  I ended up having to leave the blue/brown on the right pin of the ballast and moving my piggy back to the left pin where the blue*/blue* wires were.  The engine harness didn't have enough slack to allow the blue/brown pair to move to the left pin.
