Dunno why but If you ask me, "Ghost" stripes are one of the best looking and aggressive at the time than sleeper look

Ain't that a just flat black (possibly refect, my attempt to speak in Nachospeak) stripe upon glass black?.. what is commonly refered to as Black X 3?.. true ghost stripes are mono chromatic gloss, (same approx. color) specifically blended into the paint. to only "pop" or "Flip Flop" under certain lighting conditions,.. like the red tint in the clear over my ink blue?..
If my car had the rear bumble bee stripe -only in the absence of the red tint,.. it would then be a ghost stripe..
that would be kinda' sweet come to think about it...

well yes... I have "learnt" around, ppl commonly calling to the flat black stripe over a black paint like a "Ghost" stripe, thats why I'm calling in that way




the 3X ( black, green or whatever color ) is actually making reference to vinyl top, body and interior matched... then a matched stripe would be a 4X, but is REALLY WEIRD one 4X, except if black like the 71 R/T I posted

I sat next to this car for several hours before I figured out it had a hockey stripe.

Not a stripe unless you consider hood black out.  I really like how it turned out vs. going with the factory reflective silver color.  I wanted the ghost affect.

I've had a few photoshops of a red billboard on my red 'cuda.  Not the same.
