wheel discs

what holds the the roadrunner promo discs to the front wheels on 1969 roadrunner lift off hood cars. and where can i get them.

If i remember correctly - the grease caps for the front wheels have a hole with threads - the disc goes on and then a screw holds the disc onto the wheel - it spins freely which allows the disc to maintain an upright look instead of turning with the wheels

Anyway , not sure where you can get them...
