my turn signal problem ~ '69

I can do just about anything... except electrical. 
Maybe someone here might help out? Reassembling my 69, having some turn signal issues, or the lack there of. (I have emergency flashers)
I did have to replace the turn canceling cam assembly. I pulled the wires from the clip to feed it through without disassembly of the column. Now I have no turn signals. Also, the outward most tail lights wont work, weren't those included in the for the tail lights? or just turn signals? Like I said, pretty infantile when it comes to wires...

I have power to the turn signal flasher. Which wire is the power-in wire to the column? AT, column shift. (yeah I know  )
