Can i run a lokar kick down cable with a B&M cable shifter on a 68 904 trans?

Sure you can if you have an understanding of what is required of the system. The instructions that come with the Lokar won't give you that.

Like John said, you will need to know how to set it correctly. On mine, and I've heard of others, I needed to drill a new hole in the lever on the trans to get the travel of the carb and the lever the same.
