Well, with Make-A-Wish taking place and our monthly cruise night you'd think we were in Charger city!  These pics were taken by a friend of mine and I'll get some from the cruise up later tonight.

Make-A-Wish:

Green 68:

Red 68 with Motor Swap:

Topless 68:

Lime 69:

Red 69 R/T...Resto Fresh and Ready to Compete at Carlisle...I have a ton of pics of this one from the shop as well:

70 General Lee Custom:
I can't remember if I posted the shots I got of this one from Polk St. Cruise last August or not...I'd really like to talk to the owner more than nearly getting hit in the street as I hand a flyer on AAM to them...

I'll get some more from the cruise up later...68 & 70 awaits you...I planned to take mine up to cruise, but got off work at 4 and only had time to change, dust off the Mopar 10, and head up for the cruise!  AAM was very well represented at the show and I hope to track down/tag the non-members and let them know about Amarillo Area Mopars, Lone Star Mopars, and of course DodgeCharger.com  :coolgleamA:

Yep, free if eaten in an hour  :icon_smile_big:  We have had several good cruising days actually...Bitter cold, 78, snow, 80, 80 mph wind, 50...we have kind of levelled off into the 60ish range where we should be...for now.  If you're up for the challenge, let me know and we'll bring some cars out to greet you...Dinner will even be on us (provided you eat the steak within an hour, lol).

tantop, I have been super busy at work, but I'll try to get the other Chargers from cruise night up...very nice to have that many running around town this past weekend!  Makes "Chargers in the Canyon" seem all that much more possible  :2thumbs:  I will eventually post more pics of the resto-fresh 69 if the owner does not.

That interior on that red 68 is incredible I love it, and that topless 68 is really something else! It looks a lot like the 65 concept!  :popcrn:

ACUDANUT

I hate the pea green colored one. But it is still a clean looking car. :Twocents:

known as the toppless charger it was later redone by Dodge in '69 into the Supercharger
a search using those terms will give you many threads done over the years...
The one shown above is a recreation of the original topless charger...

Glad ya'll are enjoying the pics.  I wish one of the guys with the 69 Charger 500 would have come down...guess he was busy this time around.

These are a little late, but better now than never...

In addition to the Chargers at Make-A-Wish we had several fine specimens (1st, 2nd, and 3rd gen) out for cruise night:

Black 66, Red 72:

70:

68 & 70:

I don't know why, but it always seems I miss my chance to sandwich the 69 between a 68 and 70.  I had planned to take the Charger to cruise night, but wound up getting away from work late.  I had driven the Mopar 10 to work, so I went with it to the cruise.  Some day I'll get my 68-70 shot, lol.
