Step 3 of the instructions should have the drill sizes in parentheses below the orifice letter.
Pardon me but my karma just ran over your dogma.

Mine must be an older kit step 3 says something else.step 1 says plate hole sizes A=.110to.140 if its triangle don't drill B=1-2 shift .086to.125 same with C= 2-3 shift .086to.125 both say bigger is firmer D=.110to140 ok if already bigger.i asked you the same question on my other page these really are not a shift kit like they say then because i'm putting 2800 stall converter in this trany.

The sizes in the instructions like .110 to .140 or .086 to .125 are the range of sizes you can drill the existing holes out to.

thank's john i found a web site that show's the kit being done step by step with the drill sizes. One other question when i asked about accumulator spring mine didn't have one i got one out of a 904 it's heavier spring than the one in my sb 727 which that's a 1982 is not as heavey as the one im doing is a 1974 bb 727 can i use that thicker spring from the 904?Im redoing both 727 so can i use the heavey spring. Then i got one from a 1977 -727 trany and it goes inside the accumulator then it insert up in the trany instead of out side this is the accumulator  spring between the VB and trany.

The factory used a variety of outer springs, prior to '74 they were all the heavier type but some of the later ones have so little spring in them that they're closer to a spacer than a spring. I would use the heaviest one available like the one on the left below.
